These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AMEN website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Products
Each AMEN piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail.
Many of our pieces are made to order, which means they are individually crafted specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, slight variations in finish, texture, enamel, gemstones, or color may occur. These natural differences are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of every AMEN creation.
2. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
Prices do not include import duties, customs fees, VAT, local taxes, or any charges imposed by the destination country unless explicitly stated otherwise.
AMEN reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.
3. Order Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Acceptance of your order occurs only after payment has been successfully processed and production has been approved by AMEN.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or product availability.
4. Production Time
Most AMEN jewelry is handcrafted upon order.
Estimated production times are displayed on the website and are approximate only.
Production times may vary depending on craftsmanship requirements, holidays, supplier availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped internationally using trusted courier services.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
AMEN is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, local postal services, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Because every AMEN piece is handcrafted specifically for each customer, all sales are considered final once production has begun.
Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.
Personalized, engraved, custom-made, resized, or specially commissioned jewelry cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
If an item arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs and your order number.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country.
7. Warranty
AMEN provides a limited twelve (12) month warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches
- Accidental damage
- Impact damage
- Improper handling
- Chemical exposure
- Water damage
- Tarnishing caused by improper care
- Damage resulting from repairs or alterations performed by third parties
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, AMEN will repair or replace the item at its sole discretion.
8. Jewelry Care
Our jewelry is designed for everyday enjoyment but should be treated with care.
To preserve its beauty, avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, chlorine, seawater, and harsh chemicals.
Remove jewelry before sports, sleeping, or heavy physical activity.
9. Product Images
We make every effort to display our jewelry accurately.
However, colors, finishes, gemstones, and enamel may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including designs, logos, artwork, photographs, graphics, text, and the AMEN symbol—is the exclusive intellectual property of AMEN and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AMEN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Force Majeure
AMEN shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental actions, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, pandemics, or supplier delays.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the business entity operating AMEN, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
